DebnamRust, P.C. is a Dallas-based law firm founded in 2017 and built around helping people with complex family and probate matters. We handle Divorce, Estate Planning, Family Law, and Probate cases for clients across Dallas, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Ellis Counties.
We started the firm because we saw a gap. People in the LGBTQ+ community were not getting the legal advocacy they deserved. Instead of trying to reshape an existing firm, we built something better from the ground up. From day one, we have been deeply connected to our North Texas community by building relationships with individuals and organizations and showing up in meaningful ways.
Since our founding, we have developed a legal practice that is built around complex litigation issues that often result in trial. While we excel in those types of cases, we recognize that only a small number of cases actually end up in front of a judge or a jury.
Our clients’ goals often range from seeking a “win at all cost” to a “long-term family solution that extends beyond the case.” We have attorneys with skills and abilities that excel at all ends of that spectrum.
